Dr. Brandie Grace
Brandie Grace, DVM

I grew up on a farm in Southeastern Kentucky and graduated from Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Ky. I attended graduate school at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2008. Collectively, I have worked in small and mixed animal practices for nearly 12 years. I have worked at Giles County Animal Hospital for over 3 years. My husband and I purchased the practice in December 2019. We are excited to serve the pets and their families of Giles County and surrounding areas. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Mandy
Mandy, Office Manager
I am the Office Manager at Giles County Animal Hospital. I started working here while I was in high school in 2003. Half the time I worked in reception and the other half in the kennels. I have worked in almost every area of the clinic at one point or another throughout the past 16 ½ years. I went to Columbia State Community College and graduated with an Associate in Business. I then attended Athens State University and graduated with my Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management with a minor in Management. I absolutely love the employees of the clinic both past and present. They have become family in more ways than one. What I enjoy most is the love and the care that this clinic has always provided for our clients and patients. I believe that we as a team can not only provide exceptional medical care for our patients but love and support for their families as well. We take pride in our work and want to treat everyone’s pet as our own. My hobbies include reading, cooking, trying new things and spending time with my son, extended family and friends.

I began working as a Veterinary Technician at Giles County Animal Hospital in the fall of 2020. I love working with all my coworkers every day and caring for each furry patient I get to see! My husband, Blake, and I have been together for 11 years. We have one human son named Tylan Lance, 3 furry dog children Bentley, Kenzie and Frisbee and too many fuzzy kitties to name! I love to go on adventures with my family even if the adventure for the day is a good movie and warm covers on the couch!

I have been working at Giles County Animal Hospital for a little over 15 years now. I originally started in the kennels for the first 7 years and then I moved to the treatment room working as a Veterinary Assistant. I am married and I love to read. I love spending time with my family and animals. I love spending time with my second family (co-workers) outside of work. The best thing about my job is the animals! Andrew, Kennel Technician
I am a kennel technician at Giles County Animal Hospital. I have been working here for 6 years. Before that, I volunteered for many years. My favorite thing about this job is getting to help animals and interact with the community. I get to wear many hats in this job, everything from cleaning the facility to helping assist with treatments of patients. Some of my favorite hobbies are playing the guitar, teaching karate, and most importantly being with family and friends. I hope to see you and your beloved animals here!
