At Giles County Animal Hospital, we get a ton of interesting questions from pet parents. Below are some common FAQs that might help answer any questions or concerns. Please feel free to call us at 931-363-7971 for any other concerns you might have about your pet.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00pm and every second Saturday of the month from 7:30am to 12:00 pm. 

We are closed everyday from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.

What do I do in case of a pet emergency?

In case of a pet emergency during our hours of operation, please call us right away and bring your pet into our animal hospital immediately—no appointment necessary!

If your pet is suffering an emergency after we are closed, please go to our emergency contact page for a list of other veterinary hospitals you can call.

How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, please click here.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours before the time of your pet’s appointment.

If your pet is suffering an emergency, DO NOT try to schedule an appointment with our veterinarians. Please call our office right away—no appointment is necessary for emergencies. If your pet is suffering an emergency during after-hours, please contact any veterinarian listen on our emergency contact page.

What payment methods do you accept?
At Giles County Animal Hospital, our goal is to provide excellent, high-quality pet care, all while making sure that we offer services that stay within your financial budget. Our animal hospital accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) Debit Cards, Cash, CareCredit and Scratchpay as forms of payment.
